Mistaken Interpretation
#BryanKohberger I don't trust estimated locations from cell tower data WHATSOEVER if there is not the ability to triangulate, which doesn't seem to be the situation in the Moscow/Pullman region. Even with triangulation, consider this statistical claim:
"The approximate accuracy for Cellular Triangulation is 500m (0.3 miles). That's 1,640.42 feet. Another source says definitely accurate within a half square mile area. I'm betting that it will be shown that LE either didn't get records for all of the towers that they should have, or is withholding data that doesn't support their analyses. I'm also betting that Payne made some monumental mistakes due to overzealous tunnel vision, lack of qualified expertise and experience, and because he didn't want to wait on an FBI CAST team do analyze the data. I'm betting that there are some traffic cam images
being withheld that do not support the narrative that he traveled to Moscow on SR270. I'm betting that every image they have of Suspect Vehicle One from residential and private business cameras are either on dark streets producing a lot of headlight and taillight glare or they are side views and that they cannot definitely distinguish year, make, and model.
